Job Description:

·         Utilizes industry best practices in the areas of data gathering, business process analysis and re-engineering, communications, and change management.

·         Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business processes, systems, and user needs. Develops and validates current business processes understanding where these cross-impact other business areas, data, and systems.

·         Conducts stakeholder interviews at all levels of the organization gathering information to ascertain current business processes, risks, and integration touchpoints.

·         Communicates data gathering findings and recommendations.

·         Facilitates working sessions with stakeholders to design target business processes with consideration for data sharing and process automation/application development.

·         Thinks big and understands business needs, including how data is used and managed across different functional areas to provide unified, consistent data solutions.

·         Work within the change control process to document and update changing requirements.

·         Participate in the planning and execution of QA/UAT testing of applications as needed.

Skills/ Experience Requirements

·         Strong business process and requirements background

·         Demonstrated experience translating business process requirements into technical requirements.

·         Demonstrated experience with process modeling/transformation methods and tools. (e.g. Six Sigma)

·         Demonstrated experience effectively communicating detailed process information gathered from multiple subject matter experts and various other sources

·         Familiarity with application development and infrastructure in support of general IT processes.

·         Effective verbal and written communicator, able to tailor message based on recipient audience.

·         Experience working on merger and acquisition projects in larger organization is a plus

·         Advance knowledge of Financial industry verticals is a plus

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline strongly preferred.

·         Proven track record on diagraming techniques; Expertise in Visio and proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite

·         Knowledge of data analysis, Reference data concepts; skilled in Data Impact analysis.

·         8 years+’ experience working as a lead Technical BA on medium to large complex projects involving data-driven solutions.

·         Self-starter and detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts
