Role: Business Analyst with telecom background
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long term Contract.
Telecom background and min 5 years of Telco work experience
Participating / leading in customer facing consulting activities
Lead Business Market/Systems Analysis on complex programmes
Ability to elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements, along with functional & non-functional requirements to define and realize the project scope, by driving dedicated workshops
Experience of Business Engagement, Stakeholder and Supplier Partner Management
Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
Experience of coordinating review and sign-off of requirements documentation as per agreed project schedule
Strong communication, articulation and presentation skills
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and carve out meaningful resolutions
Ability to conceptualize/drive business change on complex programmes
